The National Science Foundation and the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture-NIFA began establishing AI Institutes to serve as national nexus points for collaborative AI efforts spanning higher education institutions, federal agencies, industry, and nonprofits/foundations. At the AI Institutes Expo showcase, the institutes’ members will engage participants in the Simmons Auditorium at Tepper Hall on the CMU Campus with interactive displays, visual aids, and manipulatives, and thought leaders from the community will participate in 3 informative and interactive panels on the showcase stage.
